Production Process
Our products are made using a combination of machine automation and manual testing. Each production step, including module mask installation, screw fixing, module coloring, and conformal coating, has undergone dual testing by machine and manual labor.

Production Process
After the module is produced, it will be aged in the workshop for 48 hours. During this period, the manual assembly of the cabinet can be carried out at the same time.
After the assembly is completed, the module and the cabinet will be combined and aged together for another 48 hours. Only after confirming that the LED display wall is intact will it be packaged and shipped.
